Adnan Riaz is a faculty member in Allama Iqbal Open University Pakistan for the last five years. He is a young and dynamic scholar with zeal of exploring new intellectual avenues. His educational background includes management sciences and mass communication. Presently, he is working on his PhD dissertation by focusing on contemporary leadership styles. He has presented various research papers in different parts of the world and also an author of the book entitled, “Fundamentals of Marketing”. Some of his research papers have been published in reputable national and international journals.

Adnan strongly believes that human resources are the key to success of every nation or country. Countries whether developed, developing or underdeveloped have one conception in common that is they have the best talent. Countries having made best use of their existing talent are now far ahead in each realm. But those who couldn’t do well in different fields still believe that they have potential human capital and can progress at later stage. It all depends upon leadership as to how they put things right, especially how they develop and make use of human talent.

Adnan also teaches courses from time to time relating to “Marketing” and “Human Resource Management” and supervises research projects of Master level.
